Role Description This is a full time, on-site Factory Manager role based in Vadodara and Por.

The Factory

Manager oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Typical responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflows, managing factory staff, and coordinating with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams. The role also involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Manager is expected to provide clear reporting, support continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee output, resources, and timelines.
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain product standards and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to optimize processes and factory performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing factory or plant operations, including team leadership and performance management.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing settings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and process discipline.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
