* Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead P2R operations for assigned Business Units.
* Manage PR, PO, and Post-PO processes as per SLAs.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and DOA.
* Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth service delivery.
* Monitor operational performance and resolve issues proactively.
* Drive process improvements through Automation, AI, and digital tools.
* Lead and develop operational teams.
* Maintain SOPs, KPIs, governance, and business continuity plans.
* Deliver customer-focused, efficient, and quality procurement services.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, or Management; MBA preferred.

IIMM/CSM/CPA certification preferred.





Experience in SAP and Shared Services environments.

Exposure to AI, Automation, SharePoint, and Advanced Excel.

12-15 years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.

Minimum 5 years of team management experience.

Experience in Projects, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Services sectors.

Knowledge of Import Procurement and vendor management.

Understanding of GST, e-Way Bill, and statutory compliance.

Exposure to EPC procurement and techno-commercial evaluations.

Experience in PR-to-PO, PO amendments, and post-PO activities.

Robust stakeholder management and service delivery skills.

Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
