Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketer on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive paid media outcomes for our international e-commerce and service-based clients. You will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end from strategy and setup through daily optimisation and reporting - while integrating AI tools to work smarter and faster. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for a professional who can operate with minimal supervision. We are only looking for an immediate joiner.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based clients.
Develop and refine paid advertising strategies with a transparent focus on ROI and profitability.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimisation.
Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on a daily basis.
Track and analyse campaign performance,



delivering clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performance.
Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution models in coordination with the tech/analytics team.
Apply AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and optimisation efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements
Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, backed by proven performance results.
Demonstrated experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects.
Sound understanding of AI tools for ad creation, workflow support, reporting, and optimisation.
Practical, hands-on exposure to tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI platforms as part of day-to-day marketing work.
Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking.
