What You'll Do:
? Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various US IT positions
? Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
? Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation
? Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and other tools




? Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
? Stay updated on latest industry trends and technologies
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment
✅ Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ Familiarity with US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
