Position: Paid Media SpecialistAbout the Role
We're looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Paid Media Specialist with 5–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. You'll leverage data-driven insights, AI-powered tools, and industry best practices to maximize ROI, generate qualified leads, and help clients achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of independently managing a portfolio of 25–30 active campaigns in a fast-paced agency setting.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
Define campaign objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, and KPIs.




Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and return on investment.
2. Campaign Creation & Optimization
Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets tailored for Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Build, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, and Meta campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to improve creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
3. Campaign & Workload Management
Independently manage a portfolio of 25–30 active PPC campaigns/accounts while maintaining high-quality performance.
Prioritize workload effectively and ensure campaigns are optimized on an ongoing basis.
Proactively identify issues, opportunities, and performance improvements without requiring constant supervision.
