Role Description The Fashion Assistant will support day-to-day operations in the studio and showroom, including assisting with client fittings, coordinating measurements, and organizing made-to-measure orders. Responsibilities include preparing garments and accessories for client appointments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring inventory is well-organized and up to date. The role also involves supporting sales activities, answering client inquiries,



and providing exceptional in-person customer service. The Fashion Assistant will collaborate closely with the design and tailoring teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and a seamless client experience. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
Sales and Fashion knowledge to assist with styling recommendations and guide clients through product selections.
Organization Skills to manage appointments, track orders, and maintain a tidy, efficient workspace.
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, especially in tailoring, styling, and visual presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
Prior experience in fashion retail, bespoke tailoring, or luxury apparel is an advantage.
