Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Pet Groomer role based in Current Delhi. The groomer will provide professional grooming services for dogs and other companion animals, including bathing, brushing, hair cutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene care. Day-to-day tasks include assessing each pet’s coat and skin condition, discussing grooming preferences with pet guardians, and recommending suitable services and products.

The role involves maintaining a safe, clean grooming environment, handling pets gently and confidently, and following health and safety protocols. The groomer will also support appointment scheduling, provide courteous customer service,



and collaborate with the team to deliver a positive experience for pets and their guardians.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in professional pet grooming, including bathing, clipping, styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
- Strong animal handling skills, with the ability to manage pets of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments safely and calmly.
- Knowledge of coat types, common skin and coat issues, and basic pet hygiene and safety best practices.
- Good communication and customer service skills to understand guardian preferences and explain grooming options clearly.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy on-site setting.
- Commitment to animal welfare, patience, and a calm demeanor when working with anxious or reactive pets.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift medium-sized pets safely, and perform repetitive grooming tasks.
- Prior experience in a pet salon or veterinary/animal care environment preferred; relevant grooming certifications are an advantage.
