Job Responsibility
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with staffing agencies and sub-consulting partners.
- Finalize agreements, pricing, service-level expectations, and engagement terms in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor vendor performance based on key metrics such as turnaround time, submission quality, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all vendors adhere to legal, contractual, and internal compliance standards.
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues, disputes, or escalations involving vendors.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in vendor operations.
- Prepare and update reports on vendor usage, performance metrics, and return on investment.
- Create scalable processes for onboarding and integrating new vendor partners.
