Role Description The Executive Packaging QC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality of packaging materials and finished goods, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting packaging batches, verifying labeling accuracy, checking compliance with safety and storage guidelines, and documenting quality results.

The Executive

Packaging QC will collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve packaging issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in implementing new packaging procedures.



The role also involves maintaining QC records, participating in internal audits, and supporting training on packaging quality practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Packaging Design to ensure products are securely and efficiently packed.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packaging Engineering to support technical evaluation and optimization of packaging materials and processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to perform inspections, testing, and documentation of packaging standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research to analyze packaging performance, identify improvements, and stay updated on industry practices.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in packaging technology, chemical engineering, agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience in agrochemical or FMCG manufacturing, familiarity with regulatory and safety norms, and solid attention to detail are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, good record-keeping skills, and basic computer proficiency are preferred.
