About NyniiNynii is building a trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder and help drive day-to-day execution.

? What You'll Do• Manage calendars, meetings, priorities & follow-ups

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track important tasks, projects & deadlines
- Prepare presentations, reports & business updates
- Conduct research and support strategic initiatives
- Assist with meetings, partnerships & business discussions
- Follow up on critical action items
- Help the Founder stay focused on high-priority work
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
- Take ownership of special projects

? What We're Looking For• 0–3 years experience in Executive Assistance, Founder’s Office, Operations,



Consulting or similar roles
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Proactive, dependable & execution-focused
- Strong ownership and startup mindset
