ABOUT MCPL

Morari Commercial Private Limited (MCPL) / VERDE is a greenfield Fire-Refined High Conductivity (FRHC) Continuous Cast Rod (CCR) copper manufacturing facility being established at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, with a planned annual capacity of 58,000 metric tons. The plant supplies copper rods and cast bars to wire and cable manufacturers, transformer and busbar producers, and air-conditioning tube manufacturers. This role is based at the company's North Delhi office.

ROLE SUMMARY

This role exists to protect the Director's time and make sure nothing falls through. It covers the calendar, correspondence, meetings, travel, follow-ups, and documentation — the whole administrative surface of the Director's working day.

The objective is straightforward: save management time, improve coordination across the organization, ensure commitments are followed up, and enable faster, better-informed decisions. It suits someone organized, discreet, and comfortable holding senior people to their deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Calendar & Schedule Management — Own the Director's calendar — appointments, meetings, and daily schedule — resolving conflicts and protecting time for priority work.

2. Meeting Coordination — Organize meetings end to end: scheduling, agendas, background papers, and minutes, with action points tracked through to closure.

3. Communication Management — Manage emails, calls,

messages, and correspondence; draft and respond on the Director's behalf where authorized, in a consistently professional tone.

4. Follow-ups & Task Tracking — Maintain a live tracker of commitments and deadlines across departments and pursue them until they are closed.

5. Travel Management — Plan domestic and international travel — tickets, visas, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries — with contingency options in place.

6. Documentation & MIS — Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries; compile and format management information from data supplied by departments; maintain organized records and filing.

7. Confidentiality — Handle sensitive business, financial, and personal information with complete discretion. A signed confidentiality undertaking is a condition of employment.

8. Stakeholder Coordination — Act as the point of contact between the Director and employees, customers, suppliers, consultants, bankers, and auditors.

9. Daily Priority Management — Screen incoming matters, separate the urgent from the important, and brief the Director on what needs attention first.

10. Proactive Support — Anticipate requirements before they are raised — briefing notes ahead of meetings, documents ready before they are asked for, and issues flagged before they escalate.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Calendar managed without double bookings or missed commitments
- Minutes circulated within the agreed time and action points tracked to closure
- Follow-ups closed within committed timelines
- Travel arranged without last-minute disruption
- Reports and presentations delivered on time and error-free
- Complete confidentiality maintained at all times

- Excellent written and spoken English, along with fluency in Hindi
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and with Outlook or Google Workspace calendars
