DreamLamhe, a unit of Namo Corp Tech Pvt. Ltd., is building a modern celebration management company for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, Baby Shower ,corporate gatherings and private premium events.

We are at an important stage of our journey: building our event execution capability, trusted vendor network and a strong portfolio of celebrations before scaling our larger technology-led vision.

That means we are not looking for someone who simply follows event checklists.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the event.

Someone who can sit with a family, understand what they are really trying to create, turn that into a workable plan, coordinate multiple vendors, control timelines and costs, handle last-minute changes and still make the client feel that everything is under control.

What you’ll own

- Manage clients from the first planning conversation through final event execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact across calls, WhatsApp, meetings and event-day communication.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, priorities and expectations and convert them into executable event plans.
- Plan weddings, engagements, roka ceremonies, birthdays, anniversaries, pre-wedding functions, corporate events and private celebrations.
- Source and coordinate decorators, photographers, caterers, DJs, artists, makeup teams, production partners, venues, hospitality teams and other vendors.
- Build detailed event timelines, checklists, budgets,



vendor sheets and execution plans.
- Conduct venue visits and coordinate with banquet and hotel teams.
- Negotiate with vendors while maintaining quality and commercial discipline.
- Manage event-day setup, vendor movement, guest experience, production and troubleshooting.
- Identify risks before they become problems and create backup plans.
- Support the founder in building DreamLamhe’s preferred vendor and venue network.
- Help convert qualified enquiries by understanding what the client needs and presenting the right celebration solution.
- Conduct post-event reviews so every event improves DreamLamhe’s processes for the next one.

Who we’re looking for

You have around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in wedding planning, event management, luxury hospitality, hotel banquets, client servicing or a closely related role.

You should be comfortable speaking confidently with both clients and vendors in English and Hindi.

You understand that event management is not a desk-only job. Site visits, late evenings and weekends are part of the industry, and you are comfortable being present when execution requires it.

More importantly, you are organised without being rigid. When something changes two hours before an event, you don’t panic — you solve it.





You’ll stand out if…You have personally handled weddings or premium social events, managed HNI or demanding family clients, already understand the Delhi NCR vendor and venue ecosystem, have strong commercial negotiation skills, or have experience managing an event from enquiry to final execution.

Existing vendor relationships are valuable, but we are not hiring someone only for their contact book. We want someone who can help DreamLamhe build a strong, reliable network of its own.

DreamLamhe is still building, so this role comes with real responsibility and visibility. You will work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to help shape how we plan, execute and eventually scale celebrations.

We want someone who wants to build, not just occupy a position.
