Role Description The Event Manager (Community Sports & Fitness) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing community sports and fitness events that align with client branding and marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, coordinating venues, vendors, and partners, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing event logistics from setup to wrap-up.

The Event

Manager will work closely with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders to promote events through social media and digital channels, drive participant engagement, and ensure a safe, inclusive,



and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The role also involves evaluating event performance, preparing post-event reports, and recommending improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications

- Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing community or sports/fitness events and handling on-site logistics.
- Robust organizational and project management skills to manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and multiple events simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, partners, sponsors, and diverse participant groups.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing to support event promotion and audience engagement.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
- Experience in sports, fitness, or community engagement initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills and a commitment to creating inclusive, participant-focused events.
