Job Summary:

The Equity Advisor- PCG will be responsible for providing research-backed equity advisory to HNI / UHNI clients, managing an assigned PCG book, and driving brokerage and AUM growth through long-term client relationships. The role demands robust capital market understanding, an advisory mindset, and comfort working with affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets.
- Individually handling clients with a book size of 25 lacs & above.
- Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
- Cross-selling of other products like mutual funds, PMS, and insurance.
- Handling Queries & complaints of clients & solving them within TAT.
- Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients through periodic meetings.
- Profiling clients by conducting an in-depth review of clients' financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
- Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking,



weekly targets &

meetings, con calls.

Required Skills:

- Graduate / MBA

- 3+ years of experience in Equity Advisory / PCG / Wealth Management

- Hands-on experience managing HNI / UHNI clients

- Strong understanding of Indian equity markets & capital markets

- Experience in brokerage-driven advisory roles

- Ability to explain market volatility and investment rationale confidently

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

- Equity Research interpretation (Fundamental & Technical)

- Portfolio Management & Asset Allocation

- PMS / AIF / IPO advisory exposure

- Familiarity with trading platforms & CRM tools

- Knowledge of SEBI advisory guidelines and compliance processes
