About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant – New Zealand Accounting to join our team in Zirakpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing accounting activities for New Zealand clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for NZ clients
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Maintain general ledger and perform bank reconciliations




Review accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and review NZ GST returns
Support IRD, tax, and statutory compliance requirements
Assist with cash-flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Work with Xero and other accounting software
Review accounting work for accuracy and compliance
Communicate with clients and provide accounting support and financial insights
Assist with improving accounting processes and supporting advisory assignments

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in New Zealand accounting preferred
Strong knowledge of Xero
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, AP/AR and reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
