About the Role
• We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Campaign Manager who specializes in managing and scaling paid campaigns across online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, optimization, performance analysis, and marketplace advertising strategy.
• The role is focused specifically on marketplace advertising and campaign strategy and does not include social media or Google Ads management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other relevant marketplaces.
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display/retargeting and other marketplace-specific ad formats wherever available.
• Set campaign budgets, bids, targeting, keywords and product targets.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make necessary optimizations.
• Manage campaign structures based on products, categories, keywords and objectives.
2. Campaign Strategy
• Develop marketplace advertising strategies based on sales targets, product margins, category competition, seasonality, product lifecycle and inventory availability.
• Identify high-potential and high-converting products and allocate budgets accordingly. • Develop strategies for new product launches and existing product growth.
• Plan seasonal and festival campaigns.
• Create strategies to improve ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, conversion rate and overall marketplace sales.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Analyze campaign metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, clicks and ad-attributed sales.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, keywords and products.
• Continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting and campaign structures.
