Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers — for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn,



Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and pipeline status
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Negotiate salary and close offers in line with company compensation guidelines
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to HR leadership
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during the hiring process
