About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor / AI Creative Specialist who has hands-on experience creating D2C performance ads and is highly proactive in experimenting with new creative formats.
This role goes beyond traditional video editing. You’ll be expected to conceptualize, generate, edit, and iterate AI-powered video creatives that are designed to perform.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation — Higgsfield & Other Tools
Use Higgsfield extensively to create AI-generated video creatives from scratch, including generating scenes, product visuals, characters, UGC-style content, transitions, and cinematic shots.
Turn creative concepts and ad scripts into complete AI-generated video sequences.
Experiment with different Higgsfield models, workflows, prompts, camera movements, styles, and visual concepts to find winning creative executions.
Combine Higgsfield-generated footage with real product footage, UGC, stock footage, voiceovers, graphics, and other assets.
Continuously explore and test new AI video-generation capabilities and workflows.




Be well-equipped with Google Flow, Google Gemini, Seedance, and other emerging AI video/image generation tools.
Performance Marketing Creatives
Create high-performing video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
Develop multiple creative variations around different hooks, angles, pain points, perks, offers, and CTAs.
Understand what makes a video stop the scroll, retain attention, and drive conversions.
Analyze winning creatives and proactively create iterations and new concepts based on performance.
Adapt videos into different formats, durations, aspect ratios, and creative angles for testing.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience creating D2C/e-commerce performance marketing videos.
Strong hands-on experience with Higgsfield and AI video creation.
Experience with Google Flow, Gemini, Seedance, or similar AI creative tools.
