Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition qualified responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding. The individual will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and meeting hiring timelines across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid-level, and leadership roles.
Understand manpower requirements and create hiring plans in consultation with hiring managers.
Draft and post job advertisements across portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability against job requirements.




Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with hiring teams for interview feedback and hiring decisions.
Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions with selected candidates.
Generate recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring dashboards.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Source quality candidates through multiple channels.
Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
Evaluate resumes based on job specifications and competency requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and talent pools.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
Provide regular hiring updates and candidate market insights.
Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Manage pre-join
