PURPOSE
The FP&A; Data Science Manager is responsible for leading SITA's FP&A; Data Science capability and driving the application of advanced analytics, machine learning and business intelligence across financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
The role combines technical leadership,
stakeholder management and people leadership. The position acts as the bridge between Finance, Technology and business stakeholders, ensuring that data assets, predictive models and analytical tools support better decision making and improved business performance.
The Manager owns the FP&A; Data Science roadmap, leads the development of forecasting and analytical solutions, manages the FP&A; Data Science team and drives adoption of emerging technologies including AI and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Data Science Leadership
Define and execute the FP&A; Data Science strategy.
Develop a portfolio of advanced analytics and AI initiatives aligned to Finance priorities.
Establish standards, methodologies and governance for analytical models and reporting solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve planning and forecasting processes.
