The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a 3M Supplier Performance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role will be based in the Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and will operate as an Individual contributor role. Here, you will make an impact by:




Lead supplier performance management for assigned 3M business groups and manufacturing/distribution sites, aligned with Enterprise Supply Chain strategies.
Work closely with 3M operations to ensure supply continuity, address systemic supply issues, and drive improvement actions.
Engage directly with external suppliers to resolve issues, improve relationships, and support supplier performance reviews.
Develop and lead supplier performance improvement strategies for assigned divisions, plants, and suppliers.
Support standardized supplier risk, performance management, and measurement processes for plants and distribution centers.
Build solid partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders while integrating Strategic Sourcing and Packaging Solutions inputs into operational supplier performance activities.
