RESPONSIBILITIES

Principal Responsibilities

* Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan outlining objectives,
scope, resources, timeline, and budget.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective
collaboration and communication among team members.
* Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel,
budget, equipment, and materials.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for
stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing
concerns.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
to minimize impact on project success.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet predefined quality
standards and requirements.
* Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress through key performance
indicators and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
* Budget Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring expenditures stay
within limits and financial resources are used appropriately.
* Problem Solving:



Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the
project lifecycle to keep the project on track.

* Closing the Project: Conduct project closure activities, including final
deliverable acceptance, documentation, and team debriefing.
