Role Description
The Sales Intern will support the sales team in promoting NAC’s learning solutions, engaging with prospective learners, and contributing to revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other online channels, and presenting course offerings to potential customers through virtual interactions.
The intern will be responsible for following up with leads,



understanding their learning requirements, answering basic queries, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting the conversion of prospective learners into customers. They will also collaborate with the training and marketing teams to understand course offerings and communicate their benefits effectively.
This is a full-time, work-from-home role, requiring strong communication, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team through online communication and collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills for clear and professional interaction with prospective and current learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
Customer service skills to understand learner requirements, handle inquiries, and provide a positive customer experience.
