JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner – APAC will serve as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to leadership teams, primarily across India and Australia. The role will be responsible for driving and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives, strengthening performance management and supervise talent acquisition & management practices, and providing end-to-end HR support to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer of DeepHealth, this role will operate as part of the global HR leadership structure, partnering closely with regional HR Operation manager and business leaders to ensure alignment of talent strategy, performance discipline, and governance standards across regions.
The role requires a pragmatic HR leader who can operate both strategically and operationally, with the ability to execute independently in a global matrix environment.
This position is primarily an HRBP role with additional responsibility for talent management, including performance discipline, manager capability,



and development planning. The individual will strengthen talent attraction, mid-career development, high-potential identification, structured career pathing, and succession sequencing while ensuring disciplined implementation of enterprise HR frameworks.
The role requires a pragmatic HR leader who can operate hands-on, provide transparent strategic guidance to leaders, and execute talent and people initiatives for the region aligned with global matrix environment.
