Sales Executive – Salon Furniture
KALP Industries is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai.
We are a manufacturer of salon furniture, and this role will involve managing online leads, building relationships with potential customers, conducting client visits, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to leads received through website, social media, WhatsApp and other online channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable salon furniture solutions
Conduct field visits and client meetings across Chennai and nearby areas
Generate new business opportunities through field sales and lead generation
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and support the sales process until closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and sales activities
Requirements




1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities
Comfortable with field sales and customer visits
Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive
Basic understanding of WhatsApp, social media and online lead management
Knowledge of salon furniture, furniture, interiors or B2B sales will be an added advantage
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
Candidates based in Chennai preferred
