Are you passionate about international education, networking, and helping students find their ideal global learning paths? We are looking for a relationship-driven Associate – Outreach & Partnerships based in Mumbai to drive engagement for TSE’s growing education portfolio and our global partner programs with Bangkok University, Thailand.
The Role at a Glance
? Location: Mumbai (Field-oriented)
? Experience: 1–3 Years (Salary upto 50K per month)
⏰ Type: Full-time
? Focus: Institutional Outreach, Student Engagement & Lead Generation
What You’ll Do
Build Strategic Networks: Connect with schools, universities, independent counsellors, and coaching centres to build long-term partnerships.
Drive Engagement: Host interactive presentations, counselling sessions, and workshops for students and parents.
Represent the Brand: Showcase TSE and Bangkok University programs at career fairs, roadshows, and education expos.
Support Enrolments:
Guide prospective students through their program discovery and enrolment journey, tracking leads from initial interest to conversion.
Market Intelligence: Gather local insights on student preferences and competitor trends to refine outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in education sales, outreach, admissions, or business development.
Skills: Robust presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Mindset: Confident, target-oriented, proactive, and excited about field travel and student engagement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
