About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to support our Business Development team by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for our IT consulting and software development services. This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B sales, technology consulting, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across industries such as Healthcare, FinTech,



Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, and SaaS.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online databases, and other outbound channels.
Reach out to decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, IT Managers, and Founders.
Understand client requirements related to software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps, QA, and staff augmentation.
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, project scope, and timeline.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
