About The Role

We are looking for a Training Operations Intern to support the smooth execution of training programs across our client accounts. You will work closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate training schedules, manage program-related activities, maintain LMS data, and support reporting.





This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in learning about training operations and client management.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Program Coordination

Support the coordination of training programs, batches, trainers, and schedules.
Track training progress, attendance, assessments, and other program activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure batches are ready for training.
Follow up with trainers and internal stakeholders on pending activities.

Client & Trainer Communication

Support communication between trainers, clients, and internal teams.
Share training schedules, updates, reminders, and other program-related information.
Assist in gathering client requirements and communicating them to the relevant internal teams.
Follow up on queries and ensure timely closure of action items.

LMS & Assessment Support

Assist in setting up courses,
