Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Consultant will work in office in Kozhikode in a full-time capacity, supporting clients in implementing and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and configuring ERP modules to align with client needs in areas such as finance, operations, and supply chain. The consultant will coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including data migration, testing, and go-live support, while ensuring smooth adoption and system stability.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing functional documentation, conducting user training sessions,



providing post-implementation support, and collaborating with technical teams for customizations and integrations. The role also requires ongoing performance monitoring, issue resolution, and recommending improvements to help clients fully leverage their ERP systems.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map and optimize workflows across key departments.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for requirements gathering, problem-solving, and translating business needs into ERP configurations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Odoo or similar platforms.
- Solid grasp of Finance processes and concepts to support ERP modules related to accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP or Odoo are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with clients, manage multiple projects, and deliver within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end users.
- Experience in customization coordination, basic data analysis, and documentation; prior consulting or client-facing experience is beneficial.
