Role Description The English Trainer is a full time, hybrid role based in Salem, with a mix of on-site training at partner schools and some work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English language sessions, demonstrating effective teaching methodologies aligned with Next Education’s curriculum and digital tools. The trainer will conduct workshops and demonstrations for teachers, provide classroom observations and feedback, and support schools in implementing Next Education English programs.

Day-to-day activities include creating and adapting lesson materials,



tracking learner progress, preparing training reports, and coordinating with academic and product teams to address classroom challenges. The role also requires conducting orientation programs, supporting professional development initiatives, and maintaining consistent communication with school leadership and educators.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to train learners and educators across varied proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and familiarity with K–12 curriculam.
- Candidates should possess clear, accurate Writing skills for preparing training materials, reports, and instructional resources.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field); a teaching certification or TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification is an advantage.
- Experience as an English teacher or trainer in schools or training institutes, preferably in the K–12 segment.
- Comfort with educational technology, digital content, and LMS/SaaS platforms; ability to demonstrate and train others on such tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from Salem, manage travel to partner schools, and coordinate independently with multiple stakeholders.
