Job Title: EnableON EHS Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced offshore contractor to support the EnableON EHS platform within our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Enablon EHS modules, experience supporting enterprise production applications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

Primary Responsibilities

- Support day‑to‑day operations, enhancements, and issue resolution for the EnableON EHS platform
- Partner with business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements
- Coordinate with vendor support teams for defect resolution and platform upgrades
- Support application configuration, testing, deployment, and production validation activities
- Assist with data migration, integrations, user onboarding, security/access validation, and reporting
- Participate in Go‑Live, hypercare, and release management activities
- Maintain documentation and support procedures

Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience supporting Enablon / EnableON EHS applications
- Strong understanding of EHS business processes and workflows
- Hands‑on experience with multiple EnableON/Enablon modules, including:
- Incident Management




- Observations / Safety Reporting
- Audits & Inspections
- Action Management
- Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Management of Change (MOC)

- Experience supporting enterprise production environments and critical business applications
- Experience with UAT coordination, production deployments, and hypercare support
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with integrations involving SAP, Workday, Power BI, or SharePoint
- Familiarity with data migration and validation activities
- Experience working in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or LNG environments
- Understanding of SSO and role‑based security models
