Role Description The Electrical Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. The role involves supporting electrical design, installation, testing, and maintenance of systems and equipment across solar PV installations, LT panels, distribution boxes, and telecom power infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, coordinating with project teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The Electrical

Specialist will prepare technical documentation,



assist in material selection, provide technical guidance to field teams, and contribute to quality assurance throughout project execution. The role also includes collaborating with sales and project management to support solution design, cost estimates, and customer technical support.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electricity principles and safe work practices around electrical systems.
- Skills in electrical design and practical application of electrical engineering concepts.
- Experience in electrical engineering for power generation and distribution environments.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment selection, installation, testing, and maintenance.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in solar PV systems, LT panels, or power infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail in field and workshop settings.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
