About the role: The Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 – 10 years of Experience, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads or Project Managers to Design, Develop and Optimize Electro Mechanical Systems and Components. This role demands significant experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and efficiency.

You are expected to do:

- Lead and participate in the design and development of complex Electro-Mechanical Systems and Components.
- Create and Review detailed Design drawings, Schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
- Prepare comprehensive Technical Documentation, including design reports, test plans, and user manuals. • Ensure all designs adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables in coordination with team leads or project managers. You will be a great fit if you have:
- B.E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience.




- Proficient in Sheet metal design and proven experience for 2+ years, working in Sheet metal.
- Experience in Designing Low, Medium Voltage and High Voltage Switchgears/Switchboards.
- Experience in creating detailed 2D/3D design drawings, schematics and specifications.
- Experience in Designing LV/MV Distribution Panels, Hybrid Generators, Recloser Panels, Transformers, Mobile Substation Skids, metering Panels, Solar Power Distribution Panels.
- Experience in designing of enclosures, busbars, insulating supports etc
- Knowledge of Design & Heat Dissipation calculations, Structural and Thermal Analysis.
- Understanding Electrical SLD’s & Three Line Diagram
- Knowledge on Standards like UL Standards, IEEE.
- Experience in SolidWorks or Inventor (Any one is Mandatory).
