Your Role

- Perform VDC production work including electrical BIM modeling, coordination support, shop drawings, and spool/prefabrication drawings based on project requirements.
- Do assigned tasks and deliverables on time and accurately.
- Ensure meeting design requirements, NEC code compliance expectations, Nexera quality standards, client requirements, and project specifications.




- Support coordination by identifying clashes, assisting in resolving coordination conflicts, and implementing required updates within the model and drawings.
- Follow Nexera modeling standards, drawing standards, and project.
- Provide regular updates on progress, raise questions when scope or design intent is unclear, communicate issues that may impact schedule or quality.
- Identify missing information or unclear details and communicate clarification needs to senior staff.
- Actively participate in training and apply feedback from reviews to improve technical performance overall deliverable quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines, support coordination needs.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
- Experience in modeling of electrical systems
- Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus
- Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam
- Team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
