Role Description The Educational Content Researcher Intern is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting the development of high-quality educational materials across PPStack’s learning and career programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured research on EdTech trends, digital skills, and emerging technologies, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights for curriculum and content teams. The intern will help plan and refine content outlines, learning objectives, and module structures for crash courses, bootcamps,



and online programs.

They will collaborate with instructional designers, content writers, and subject matter experts to validate information, ensure accuracy, and maintain alignment with PPStack’s pedagogical standards. The intern may also assist in evaluating learner feedback and analytics to recommend improvements that enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Analytical Skills to investigate education trends, digital skills, and learning technologies, and translate findings into structured insights.
- Excellent Writing and Content Strategy abilities to draft clear summaries, learning objectives, and content outlines that support effective educational experiences.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting research findings, and documenting recommendations in a concise manner.
- Demonstrated interest in EdTech, AI, or digital skills development, with the ability to learn recent concepts quickly and apply them to educational content.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey tools), and an organized, detail-oriented approach to remote work.
