- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

Job Responsibilities

- To do HVAC system design, ensure energy-productive, sustainable, and code-compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives.

- Knowledge on design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting design, piping design, Ventilation calculations, Life Safety systems and equipment selections.

- Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC standards, Local & international codes.

- Review and validate layouts, schematics, and system control strategies.

- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration.





- Conduct value engineering to optimize system efficiency and lifecycle costs.

- Provide Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning.

- Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,).

- Provide Technical support for BOQ reconciliations.

- Guide & develop the team for the department growth.
