We’re building a up-to-date, digital-first FMCG brand with a strong presence across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, and we’re looking for driven individuals who want to grow a brand from the ground up in one of India’s fastest-moving retail categories.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to own and scale Heeva’s presence across marketplace and quick-commerce platforms. You’ll be the single point of accountability for driving growth, visibility, and profitability across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging Q-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other marketplaces
- Drive listings, content optimization, and organic + paid visibility (search ranking, sponsored ads, deals/promotions)
- Own and grow presence on Q-commerce platforms — Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Category Managers across all platforms (marketplace and Q-commerce) to unlock better placements, promotions,



and terms
- Manage P&L; for each platform — pricing, margins, ad spend ROI, and overall channel profitability
- Coordinate with supply chain/warehousing teams to ensure stock availability and fulfillment SLAs
- Track and report key metrics (sales, visibility, ad performance, market share) and course-correct proactively
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns (festive sales, deals, current launches)
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new features, and competitor activity

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, preferably in FMCG/food
- Proven, demonstrable relationships with Category Managers at Amazon/Flipkart AND at Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit/Instamart/Zepto) — this is non-negotiable
- Strong hands-on experience with seller/vendor panels, ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), and Q-commerce dark-store/listing dynamics
- Data-driven with strong Excel/analytics skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision
