Role Description The Ecommerce Business Owner at Nutrilite Wellness is a full time, in office role based in Hingoli, responsible for building and managing the company’s online commerce presence. This role oversees daily operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listing and pricing, inventory coordination, order processing, and customer communication.

The Ecommerce Business

Owner develops and executes online sales and marketing strategies, analyzes performance data, and optimizes campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. The role includes collaborating with healthcare and operations teams to ensure accurate product information, compliant messaging, and timely fulfillment.



This position also involves identifying growth opportunities, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a seamless, customer-focused online experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in ecommerce management, including online store setup, product catalog management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as social media promotion, search engine optimization, and online advertising for driving sales.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, website metrics, and customer insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms or marketplaces, basic website administration, and familiarity with payment gateways and security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear product descriptions and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in managing inventory, pricing, and documentation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred; experience in healthcare or wellness sectors is an advantage.
