E-commerce Operations Executive – Pune Location: Camp, Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month Work Mode: Work From Office Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Days: Mon–Sat (Sunday Off)

Note:- This is a Work From Office opportunity only

Job Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and stock on online marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, shipment creation, and delivery coordination.
- Work on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & other dashboards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and RTOs.
- Update and manage product listings.
- Track orders, deliveries, and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Coordinate with accounts team for settlements and claims.
