Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Architect scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Guide teams on C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and integrations.
- Own solution architecture, ALM, DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, security, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIs.
- Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Mentor developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Must Have





- Strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
- Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong development experience in C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- Expertise in solution architecture, security model, performance optimization, and ALM.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Proven experience leading development teams, code reviews, and technical governance.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integration architecture.
- Relevant certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, or MB-600.
