About the Role:-

We are seeking an enthusiastic Drone Instructor to conduct training programs covering drone technology, assembly, programming, maintenance and protected flying operations. The candidate will guide students through practical drone activities and ensure training is conducted safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on drone technology.
- Teach fundamentals of drone aerodynamics, assembly and maintenance.
- Provide hands-on training in drone flying and piloting.
- Guide students in drone assembly, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Explain basic electronics and flight-controller concepts.
- Develop and update UAV-related training material.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory drones and related equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols during indoor and outdoor flying sessions.




- Supervise drone-based student projects and competitions.
- Evaluate students' technical and practical progress.

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have,Good-to-Have
- Hands-on knowledge of drone assembly and calibration.
- Practical drone flying experience. • Drone programming knowledge.
- Understanding of basic electronics. • Python / C++ knowledge.
- Understanding of flight controllers. • RC aircraft experience.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Patience while teaching beginners.
