The Software Engineer - Other Technologies is responsible for end-to-end development, configuration, testing, deployment, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and support of software solutions across assigned technology platforms. This role contributes to designing and building scalable applications, enhancing existing modules, performing impact analysis, supporting integrations, resolving defects, and ensuring solutions follow security, quality, and delivery best practices. The position works closely with internal stakeholders, senior developers, technical leads, QA teams, business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.

Role

- Develop, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and support applications across assigned technology platforms.
- Participate in requirement refinement sessions and translate business needs into technical tasks and implementation activities.
- Design and build application features, custom modules, workflows, integrations, and reusable components.
- Perform impact analysis at application, database, configuration, and integration levels before implementing changes.
- Support integration activities using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and third-party system interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code or configuration following project standards and platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, performance problems, application defects, deployment issues, and user-reported incidents.
- Perform unit testing, application testing, defect resolution, release validation, and production support activities.
- Participate in code reviews, configuration reviews, technical walkthroughs, and quality improvement discussions.
- Work with databases, schemas, tables, queries, data migration, and application data relationships as required.
- Support custom application development, platform enhancements, scoped applications, and enterprise application implementations.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow SDLC, Agile, Scrum, version control, CI/CD,



and project delivery practices during development and support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, deployment notes, user guides, and project artifacts.
- Support junior developers by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing work, and assisting in issue resolution.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with coding standards, platform guidelines, and customer expectations.

Job-related Experience
- Requires 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, platform configuration, integration, or technology support.
- Experience with application development, APIs, databases, debugging, testing, SDLC, Agile methodology, documentation, and client-facing technical discussions is required.
