Key Responsibilities

✅ Loan Processing &

- Documentation:

Verify and collect necessary documents from customers and sales teams for loan processing.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications for approval.

Cross-check documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

✅ Disbursement Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, credit, and operations) to process loan disbursals.

Track loan applications and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.

Ensure disbursement happens within the set timelines to meet business targets.

✅ Customer &

- Branch Interaction:





Liaise with customers for pending documents or queries regarding loan disbursements.

Address and resolve disbursement-related queries raised by sales teams or customers.

✅ Compliance &

- Reporting:

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal compliance policies.

Maintain records and reports related to loan disbursal status and performance.
