Key Resposibilities:
- - Performing desktop-based research, customer discussions, interviews with senior management and such other activities to build a solid understanding of the business needs
- Draw out detailed designs that respond to the needs of the business and assess the readiness / dependencies for implementation
- Support client's technology, business, finance and other teams for implementing the solutions
- Develop necessary charter and identify key metrics to help track the performance post implementation
