Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma Engineer Trainee role based at Ralson’s facility in Indore. The trainee will support production operations by monitoring tire manufacturing processes, assisting in routine equipment checks, and helping maintain quality standards as per company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing basic process data, helping troubleshoot minor technical issues under supervision,



and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

The role also involves collaborating with senior engineers, participating in on-the-job training programs, and preparing simple reports or documentation related to production and quality. The position is designed to provide structured learning and hands-on exposure to contemporary tire manufacturing technologies and practices.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial machinery, and basic engineering principles.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of MS Office for data entry and simple reporting.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment, follow safety protocols, and adapt to shift schedules if required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a learning-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Prior internship or vocational training experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is an advantage.
