Ritrix Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The role will involve managing digital marketing activities across multiple business verticals, including IT & SaaS, automotive technology, Fintech and community management platforms, with a solid focus on the US market.

4-6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing

? Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple business verticals.

Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.

Create and manage content calendars, campaigns, and social media campaigns.

Develop engaging posts, captions, creatives, blogs, and marketing content.

Manage B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns, particularly for the US market.

Work on SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.

Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports based on reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with designers, developers, sales, and management teams to execute marketing campaigns.





Manage marketing activities for multiple websites and digital products simultaneously.

Continuously test new strategies, content formats, platforms, and growth opportunities.

Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, AI tools, SEO updates, and social media algorithms.

? What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation.

Experience with B2B marketing and preferably international/US-focused campaigns.

Strong content writing and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and business verticals simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand marketing data and make decisions based on performance.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and similar marketing tools.

Knowledge of AI-powered marketing and content tools will be an advantage.

Self-driven, creative, and willing to take ownership of marketing activities.
