Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day digital marketing activities to strengthen Procare’s online presence and support business growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities include creating and publishing content, managing social media accounts, monitoring web and campaign analytics, and coordinating online promotions that highlight Procare’s products and innovations.



The specialist will collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The role also includes staying current with digital marketing trends in the healthcare and medical equipment sectors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow professional social channels.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for content creation and cross-functional collaboration.
