Role: Delivery HeadGrade: E1/E2Location : Bangalore/ Mumbai / PuneRoles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Delivery of engagements in GADM portfolio to delivery best in class Services based on GADM Best Practices.
Lead team to deliver high-quality ADM services as per SLA – KPIs and within budget.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth by proposing solutions and services to clients.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to Engagement Managers to help them maximize the value of Capgemini’s solutions.
Manage engagement Financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis in EMonitoring and drive CIP
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues proactively.
Stay updated on industry trends and Capgemini offerings to best serve clients.
Strong problem solver. Strong communicator. Highly collaborative.
Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills
Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications




Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

Skills and Qualifications

He/ she/ they or the incumbment should have atleast 16+ years of experience in IT services with direct client engagement for delivering Application Development and Management Services.

Proven track record of successfully managing large client engagements and cross-functional teams with positive knowledge of EMonitoring.
