? Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing and vendor coordination
- Payroll reconciliation, variance analysis, and compliance checks
- Administration of PF, leave encashment, medical benefits, and employee loan schemes
- Management of Professional Tax, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations related to employee compensation
- Coordination with auditors and management of payroll audits
- Preparation of payroll MIS, statutory reports, and employee benefit records
- Drive process improvements, automation, and stronger payroll controls

? Experience
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Statutory Compliance
- Sound knowledge of PF, PT, Income Tax, and payroll accounting
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and process improvement capabilities

? Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or Mcom
