We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join the dynamic team at Aroma Restaurant & Venue within the Restaurant and Food Services sector. Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote upcoming events, menus, and venue bookings.

- Monitor online conversations and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at driving foot traffic and increasing reservation rates.

- Track and analyze basic performance metrics for digital campaigns to help refine future marketing strategies.





- Create visually appealing content, including photos and short-form videos, that highlights the dining experience and atmosphere of Aroma Restaurant & Venue.

- Support the coordination of digital initiatives for special events, holidays, and seasonal menu launches.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences within the food and beverage industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.

- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and social media management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced setting.

- Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine interest in the restaurant business.
